My husband and I love calzones and pepperoni rolls, and this is the best of both.

Ingredients For mini calzones

1 canbiscuits (large flaky)

1 pkgpepperoni (sliced)

1 pkgmozzarella cheese (shredded)

1 pkgricotta cheese

olive oil, extra virgin
How To Make mini calzones

1On clean flat work surface put a few drops of extra virgin olive oil down.

2Open your can of biscuits, and flatten out.

3Add five pepperoni's to the biscuit.

4Add one tsp of ricotta cheese.

5Add a tbsp of mozzarella cheese.

6Fold over and seal biscuit by pinching the sides together.

7Bake: 350 degrees for 10 - 12 minutes. Serve with your favorite spaghetti sauce.
