2 Tbspfinely chopped red onion

4 sliceAmerican cheese, halved

8slider buns, toasted.

4 slicebacon, cooked and cut in half

1/2 ccoleslaw

1/2 cSweet Baby Ray's bbq sauce
How To Make memphis style bbq sliders

1Heat grill to med-high heat. Mix meat and onions.

2Shape into 8 small patties.

3Grill for 3 minutes on each side, until done. (internal temp of 160 degrees).

4Top with half of the cheese slice for the last minute of cooking.

5Place burger on bun and top with coleslaw.

6Add bacon and BBQ sauce.
