1 lgegg, beaten

1 cmilk

2 csoft white bread, crumbled in food processor

2 tspsalt

2 tspWorcestershire sauce

1/2 tspdried thyme

1/2 tsppaprika

1/4 tspblack pepper

2 lbground beef

1 lbground pork
- TOPPING

1/2 cdark brown sugar

1/3 cketchup

parsley, to garnish
How To Make meatloaf muffins

1Spray 2 muffin pans with cooking spray. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. To make the meatloaf, add the egg, milk, bread, salt, Worcestershire Sauce, thyme, paprika and pepper in a large bowl.

2Mix in the ground beef and pork. Mix well and place in each of the muffin cups. Bake for 25 minutes.

3Meanwhile, make the topping by combining brown sugar and ketchup. Place a spoon full of topping on top of each meatloaf muffin. Bake another 10 minutes. Garnish with parsley.
