Ingredients For meatloaf muffins

  • MEATLOAF
  • 1 lg
    egg, beaten
  • 1 c
    milk
  • 2 c
    soft white bread, crumbled in food processor
  • 2 tsp
    salt
  • 2 tsp
    Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp
    dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp
    paprika
  • 1/4 tsp
    black pepper
  • 2 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 lb
    ground pork
  • TOPPING
  • 1/2 c
    dark brown sugar
  • 1/3 c
    ketchup
  • parsley, to garnish

How To Make meatloaf muffins

  • 1
    Spray 2 muffin pans with cooking spray. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. To make the meatloaf, add the egg, milk, bread, salt, Worcestershire Sauce, thyme, paprika and pepper in a large bowl.

    Mix in the ground beef and pork. Mix well and place in each of the muffin cups. Bake for 25 minutes.

    Meanwhile, make the topping by combining brown sugar and ketchup. Place a spoon full of topping on top of each meatloaf muffin. Bake another 10 minutes. Garnish with parsley.
