Ingredients For meatballs and sauerkraut

  • 2 lb
    hamburger
  • 1 pkg
    lipton onion soup mix
  • 3 1/4 c
    dry bread crumbs
  • 1 3/4
    eggs
  • SAUCE
  • 1 bottle
    12 oz chili sauce
  • 1 c
    sauerkraut, canned drained
  • 1 c
    brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1 c
    whole cranberry sauce
  • 15 oz
    water

How To Make meatballs and sauerkraut

    Mix first 4 and form small meatballs, bake on a cookie sheet in a 350 degree oven until brown.

    Mix last 5 and pour over the browned meatballs in a large baking dish, bake uncovered for 1hr 30 min.
