Ingredients For meatballs

  • 2 lb
    ground beef
  • 2
    large eggs
  • 2 clove
    of garlic
  • 1 Tbsp
    parsely
  • 1 Tbsp
    basil
  • 1 tsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp
    onion powder
  • 4 slice
    white bread
  • salt and pepper

How To Make meatballs

    preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • 2
    put all ingredients except the hamburger into a food processor and mix well. (it will look like mush...don't be alarmed, this is what you want.)

    Take the ingredients out of the food processor and mix with the hamburger, well. Form the mixture into small balls and cook for 12-15 minutes in a frying pan with a small bit of oil.
