you can use these in a variety of dishes but I love this recipe!

Ingredients For meatballs

2 lbground beef

2large eggs
-
2 cloveof garlic

1 Tbspparsely

1 Tbspbasil
-
1 tspworcestershire sauce

1/2 tsponion powder
-
4 slicewhite bread

salt and pepper
How To Make meatballs

1preheat oven to 375 degrees.

2put all ingredients except the hamburger into a food processor and mix well. (it will look like mush...don't be alarmed, this is what you want.)

3Take the ingredients out of the food processor and mix with the hamburger, well. Form the mixture into small balls and cook for 12-15 minutes in a frying pan with a small bit of oil.
