Ingredients For mango jalapeño meatballs

  • 1/2 lb
    ground beef
  • 1/2 lb
    ground pork
  • 1/3 c
    mango, finely chopped
  • 1 md
    jalapeño, seeds removed and finely chopped
  • 1 Tbsp
    chopped shallot
  • 1 clove
    garlic, finely chopped
  • 1
    scallion, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp
    soy sauce
  • 1/2 c
    panko bread crumbs
  • 1
    egg
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt

How To Make mango jalapeño meatballs

    Preheat oven to 375°F and line parchment paper on baking sheet.

    In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix by hand until well combined.

    Scoop the meat mixture with 1-1/2 tablespoons cookie scoop, roll between your palms into balls.

    Place the meatballs on baking sheet, bake for 20 minutes.
