How To Make mango jalapeño meatballs

1Preheat oven to 375°F and line parchment paper on baking sheet.

2In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix by hand until well combined.

3Scoop the meat mixture with 1-1/2 tablespoons cookie scoop, roll between your palms into balls.

4Place the meatballs on baking sheet, bake for 20 minutes.
