Ingredients For make ahead meatballs

2eggs

1 cdry bread crumbs

1/4 conion, finely chopped

2 tspsalt

1 tspworcestershire sauce

1/4 tsppepper

2 lblean ground beef
- SAUCE

3 Tbspcornstarch

1 corange marmalade

4 Tbspsoy sauce

1 clovegarlic grated

3 Tbspfresh lemon juice
How To Make make ahead meatballs

1In large bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients. Crumble beef over all and mix well. Shape into 1 inch balls.

2Place meatballs on greased racks in shallow baking pans. Bake at 400 for 10 - 15 minutes or until no longer pink, turning often. Drain. Cool, then freeze or serve while hot with sauce below.

3Sauce: In a sauce pan, combine sauce ingredients. Bring to a boil; cook and stir 2 minutes until thickened. Pour over meatballs and serve with toothpicks.
