Lumpia wrappers are same as Vietnamese spring roll wrappers.

Ingredients For lumpia

  • 1 lb
    ground pork
  • 1/2 c
    onions, minced
  • 1/2 c
    carrots, minced
  • 1/4 c
    scallions, minced
  • 2 Tbsp
    parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper
  • 1
    egg
  • 1/4 Tbsp
    soy sauce
  • lumpia wrappers
  • 3 c
    cooking oil

How To Make lumpia

  • 1
    Mix pork, vegetables, egg, soy sauce, and salt and pepper in large bowl.
  • 2
    Place 1 1/2 tablespoons on lumpia wrapper about 2 inches from top. Fold top over. Fold both sides in. Roll tightly.

    Heat oil in frying pan on medium. Cook lumpia, turning frequently, until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
