This appetizer is always a winner!! in any party I went to...You can make it ahead of time, freeze and just fried it when you need it.

Ingredients For lumpia (filipino eggroll)

1 lbground beef

1 lbground pork
-
1 ccarrots, chopped
-
1 cjicama or waterchestnuts, chopped

1 ccelery, chopped

1 cred bell pepper, chopped

1 cgreen onion, thinly chopped

1 tspsalt and pepper
-
2eggs
-
1 dashseasoned all
-
2 pkglumpia wrapper at most oriental market
How To Make lumpia (filipino eggroll)

1Mix all ingredients except green onion and the wrapper. Try to mix it well for even taste, Then add the green onion, just mix it gently.

2Put a spoonfull of mixed on the eggroll wrapper,and wrap it, according to direction on the package.

3Put 1/2 a cup of oil on the skillet(deep fryer is ok too)let the oil get hot, start frying the lumpia (turn the heat to medium), brown both sides and put it on a strainer w/ paper towels.
