This is a completely new and delicious way to enjoy cocktail smokies. This simple amd delicious bite of yumminess knocks it out of the park.

Ingredients For little smokie wonton bites

  • 1 pkg
    wonton wrappers
  • 1 pkg
    little smokies
  • 1 1/2 c
    bbq sauce, divided
  • 5-6 slice
    bacon cheddar cheese
  • canola oil for frying

How To Make little smokie wonton bites

  • 1
    Put 1 tbsp oil in skillet. Add smokies and 1/4 cup bbq sauce. Saute 3-5 mins till coated. Cool slightly

    Cut each cheese slice into 8 pieces.

    Place a wonton wrapper on a flat surface. Put one piece of cheese and one smokie slightly below center.

    Fold up the bottom corner of wrapper.

    Fold in the sides. Moisten edges with water.

    Roll up the wrapper egg roll style sealing with the moistened edge. continue until all the smokies are wrapped.

    Fry in canola oil for 2-3 minutes till golden brown. Drain on paper towel lined plate. Serve with bbq or ranch sauce for dipping
