Sweet, Spicy and yummy. If you can't find Korean Gojugang just substitute Sriracha Sauce.

Ingredients For korean meatballs

  • MEATBALLS
  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1/2 lb
    ground pork
  • 4
    green onions chopped
  • 4 clove
    garlic minced
  • 1 lg
    egg
  • 2 tsp
    ginger grated
  • 2 Tbsp
    gochujang sauce
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • GLAZE
  • 1 c
    apricot jam
  • 1 Tbsp
    soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp
    gochujang sauce
  • GARNISH
  • fresh chopped chives

How To Make korean meatballs

    Preheat oven 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Mix all the ingredients for the meatballs together. Shape into small 1 inch meatballs. Place them on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.

    Meanwhile mix all ingredients for sauce together in a saucepan and cook just until warmed through and well incorporated.

    Toss the meatballs in the glaze. Garnish with the chives
