How To Make korean meatballs

1Preheat oven 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Mix all the ingredients for the meatballs together. Shape into small 1 inch meatballs. Place them on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.

2Meanwhile mix all ingredients for sauce together in a saucepan and cook just until warmed through and well incorporated.

3Toss the meatballs in the glaze. Garnish with the chives
