Ingredients For jamaican chicken wings

  • 1/4 lb
    habenero peppers
  • 1 c
    soy sauce
  • 1 c
    lime juice
  • 2 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 2 1/4 tsp
    black pepper
  • 2 1/4 tsp
    allspice, ground
  • 1 pkg
    frozen spinach
  • 1-2 lb
    chicken wings or drumettes

How To Make jamaican chicken wings

  • 1
    Mince peppers, spinach, and green onions in a blender or food processor using soy sauce and lime juice to liquefy. Add spices and mix well.

    Deep fry the chicken wings until crispy on the outside and cooked thoroughly.

    Heat enough of the topping to spread over the chicken wings. What you don’t use of the topping can be frozen for later use.
