Ingredients For italian meatballs

1/2 lbsweet Italian sausage

1/2 lbground beef
-
1 tspsalt
-
1 tsppepper
-
1/4 cdry bread crumbs

olive oil
-
1 cmarinara sauce
-
1/2 cmozzarella cheese
How To Make italian meatballs

1Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

2In a small mixing bowl or stand mixer, combine sausage, ground beef, salt, pepper, and bread crumbs. Blend ingredients thoroughly.

3Prepare a baking pan by greasing with olive oil. Set aside.

4Divide the mixed ingredients into 4 equal amounts. Approximately 1/4 lb each.
Shape into a ball and lightly grease the outside with olive oil. Place all 4 pieces in the pan and bake for 30 minutes. -
5Remove from oven and add marinara sauce equally to each meatball. Place back in oven for 5 minutes.

6Remove from oven and add mozzarella cheese. Return to oven for 5 minutes.
