Ingredients For ~ italian hoagie dip ~

  • 1/4 lb
    genoa salami ( diced)
  • 1/4 lb
    pepperoni ( diced )
  • 1/4 lb
    ham ( diced)
  • 1/4 lb
    provolone cheese ( diced )
  • 1/2 c
    pepperoncini peppers (chopped)
  • 1/2 c
    tomatoes ( diced)
  • 1 bag
    shredded lettuce or 3 cups hand shredded or chopped
  • 1/2 c
    red onion ( diced )
  • you can add additional ingredients if you like such as black olives, pickle etc
  • DRESSING
  • 1/2 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp
    dried basil
  • 1/2 tsp
    oregano
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic powder

How To Make ~ italian hoagie dip ~

    In a medium bowl, mix together the dressing ingredients and set aside. * If making ahead cover and refrigerate.

    In another bowl add the diced meats and cheese and mix. If serving right away add the peppers, onion, tomato, lettuce and dressing. Lightly stir to combine. * I don't usually add the other ingredients to the meat and cheese until right before serving to keep the lettuce from getting too soggy. Serve with sliced baguettes or pita chips are great as well!
