1/4 lbgenoa salami ( diced)

1/4 lbpepperoni ( diced )

1/4 lbham ( diced)

1/4 lbprovolone cheese ( diced )

1/2 cpepperoncini peppers (chopped)

1/2 ctomatoes ( diced)

1 bagshredded lettuce or 3 cups hand shredded or chopped

1/2 cred onion ( diced )

you can add additional ingredients if you like such as black olives, pickle etc
- DRESSING

1/2 cmayonnaise

1 Tbspolive oil
-
1/2 tspdried basil
-
1/2 tsporegano
-
1/2 tspgarlic powder
How To Make ~ italian hoagie dip ~

1In a medium bowl, mix together the dressing ingredients and set aside. * If making ahead cover and refrigerate.

2In another bowl add the diced meats and cheese and mix. If serving right away add the peppers, onion, tomato, lettuce and dressing. Lightly stir to combine. * I don't usually add the other ingredients to the meat and cheese until right before serving to keep the lettuce from getting too soggy. Serve with sliced baguettes or pita chips are great as well!
