Ingredients For inside out brusseles sprouts

  • 2 lb
    ground beef
  • 11/2 c
    uncooked instant rice
  • 1 md
    onion
  • 2
    eggs slightly beaten
  • 11/2
    garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    pepper
  • 1-10 oz
    frozen brussels sprouts
  • 2 can
    15 oz each tomato sauce
  • 1 c
    water
  • 1 tsp
    dried thyme

How To Make inside out brusseles sprouts

  • 1
    In a large bowl, combine the first six ingredients and mix well. Shape a 1/4 cupful each frozen Brussels sprout to form a meatball.

    Place in a ungreased 15 by 10 inch baking dish. Combine tomato sauce, water, thyme, pour over meatballs.

    Cover and bake @ 350 degrees for 1 hour or until meatballs are cooked through.
