These wings are a family favorite. They get hotter each time you reheat them, if there are any left to reheat.

Ingredients For hot wings

  • 3 doz
    chicken wings
  • 12 oz
    louisianna hot sauce
  • 6 Tbsp
    unsalted butter
  • 3 Tbsp
    white vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/4 tsp
    cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
    flour
  • celery stalks
  • carrot sticks
  • blue cheese or ranch dressing

How To Make hot wings

    Bake wings as package directs till done. While wings are baking make sauce for them.

    Place all ingredients in sauce pan over med-high heat except for flour. Cook until butter is melted and sauce is getting hot. Add flour and stir to thicken. Stir until flour is blended.

    Cover1 bottom of a 13x9 pan with sauce. Mix rest of sauce with cooked chicken. Place chicken in pan and bake at 300 degrees for 20 min. till warm.

    Serve with celery, carrot and dressing of your choice.
