Ingredients For hot reuben dip

  • 8 oz
    cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 c
    1000 island dressing
  • 2 c
    shredded swiss cheese
  • 1 c
    corned beef chopped
  • 1
    14 oz can sauerkraut drained

How To Make hot reuben dip

    Mix the cream cheese, 1000 island dressing, half the Swiss cheese, corned beef, and sauerkraut. Place in a slow cooker. Cook on low 4 hours then top with the remaining Swiss cheese. Cook until cheese is melted.
