Ingredients For hot beef dip, barb

    chopped onion
  • 1 Tbsp
    margarine
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese, cubed
  • 1 c
    milk
  • 4 oz
    canned mushrooms, drained
  • 2 1/2 oz
    package smoked sliced beef, chopped
  • 1/4 c
    parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 Tbsp
    chopped parsley

How To Make hot beef dip, barb

  • 1
    Saute onion in margarine. Add cream cheese and milk, stir over low heat until cream cheese is melted. Stir in remaining ingredients, heat thoroughly. Serve hot with chips.
