Ingredients For ham & cheese roll ups

  • 20 slice
    thinly sliced ham
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 c
    pistachio nuts, chopped
  • 1/2 c
    horseradish
  • 2 Tbsp
    blue cheese

How To Make ham & cheese roll ups

    Combine cream cheese, pistachios, blue cheese and horseradish in blender
  • 2
    Blend well until creamy
  • 3
    Separate ham slices and spread mixture filling thinly on each ham slice
  • 4
    Roll up jelly-roll fashion, cover with plastic wrap and chill
  • 5
    Cut each ham roll into 3 or 4 pieces and serve
