    soft mild goat cheese
  • 10 slice
    hard salami, each quartered into triangles
  • 60 slice
    cherry tomato (about 20 tomatoes)
  • 20 sm
    basil sprigs

How To Make goat cheese, salami, and tomato on mini-bagels

    Spread the bagel halves with the goat cheese, top each half with 2 salami triangles, 3 slices of tomato, and a basil sprig, and sprinkle the toppings lightly with pepper.
