2 1/2 tspmustard seed

2 tspgarlic salt

5 tspmeat tenderizer

2 1/2 tspblack pepper

1 1/2 tspliquid smoke flavoring
How To Make german summer sausage

1Mix all ingredients, cover and place in refrigerator. ( over night )

2Mix well each day for 4 days, on the fourth day work out all the bubbles.

3Roll in foil to make three sticks place in a 175 degree oven for 5 hours, turn off oven and leave in oven 1 hour.
