These are so delicious! Occasionally I make them as an appetizer to go with the Chinese food I make. Love them!

Ingredients For fried pork won tons

1/2 lbground, unseasoned pork

2 Tbspsoy sauce

1green onion, very thinly sliced

1 clovegarlic, minced

1egg, lightly beaten

1 pkgcommercial wonton wrappers

1 ccold water
How To Make fried pork won tons

1Combine first 5 ingredients and mix well.

2Place pork mixture by teaspoonfuls into the center of each won ton. Moisten edges of wonton with cold water to help seal it.

3Fold over diagonally covering the pork mixture. Bring sides up to center to form kind of a trangular shaped envelope. Drop won tons into hot peanut oil and deep fry until golden and crispy.

4serve with sweet & sour or duck sauce for dipping.
