I have been making these meatballs for over 40 years. They are so simple and they freeze well. Family and Friends love them.

Ingredients For ez meatballs in brown gravy with onions

  • 1 lb
    chopmeat
  • 1
    egg, lightly beaten
  • 3/4 c
    italian bread crumbs
  • 2 jar
    heinz homestyle brown gravy with onions.

How To Make ez meatballs in brown gravy with onions

    Mix all ingredients together, adding a little water if it's too dry. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    Roll into small meatballs and place in an oven proof pan.

    Bake until just browned, about 15 minutes. Remove from oven and add to a pot of the warm brown gravy with onions, set on medium. Cook until center is no longer pink, about 15 minutes.

    Serve as an appetizer or serve over cooked egg noodles.
