Ingredients For easy eggrolls

1 lbground beef
-
1 pkgcoleslaw mix, 13 ounces

2 Tbspsoy sauce
-
1/2 tspgarlic powder
-
1/4 tspground ginger
-
onion powder to taste

2 pkg16 ounces each, refrigerated egg roll wrappers

1 Tbspall purpose flour
-
vegetable oil for frying
How To Make easy eggrolls

1In a bowl, combine the first six ingredients and mix well. Place a heaping tablespoon of the beef mixture in the center of one eggroll wrapper. Fold the bottom corner over the filling. Fold the sides toward center over the filling.

2In a small bowl, combine the flour and enough water to make a paste. Moisten top corner with paste: roll up tightly to seal. Repeat.

3In a electric skillet, heat 1" of oil to 375. Fry eggrolls for 3-5 minutes or until golden brown.
