I have seen & tried many different won ton recipes but always was left with awful results. So this is my own recreation - I took the basic recipe & added a few of this & dat of my own favor - its just like the restaurant ones!

Ingredients For crispy won ton

1 pkgwon ton pi wrappers
-
peanut oil - for deep frying
- FILLING:

4green onion stalks, chopped
-
1egg
-
3/4 lbpork, ground

1 Tbspchinese oyster sauce
-
1 Tbspsoy sauce (aloha brand only)

4 lgshrimp - raw, peeled & minced
-
8water chestnuts, chopped
-
1 tspsugar
-
1 tspsalt
How To Make crispy won ton

1Combine filling ingredients. Fill each won ton wrappers with 1 tsp. of filling mixture. Moisten edge of won ton wrappers with water & press firmly together in desired shapes(triangle, rectangle, or fancy). Deep fry, until golden brown.

2Drain on paper towel. Serve warm. Can be served with dipping sauce or without
