Ingredients For cranberry special meatballs

  • MEATBALLS:
  • 1 1/2 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 pkg
    6 oz. stuffing mix
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1 sm
    onion chopped
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper
  • SAUCE:
  • 1 can
    whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 1 jar
    cilli sauce
  • 1/2 tsp
    ground ginger (optional)
  • 1 Tbsp
    brown sugar

How To Make cranberry special meatballs

    Preheat oven 375 df ~ In large bowl combine beef, stuffing mix, eggs and onion, salt and pepper. Shape mix into 1 1/2" balls ~ Place on cookie sheet with rim and bake 15-20 min.

    SAUCE: In medium saucepan combine the Cranberry Sauce, chille sauce, brown sugar and ginger. Heat til mixture come to boil. Stir frequently ~ combine balls and sauce. Keep warm in crockpot.
