Ingredients For cranberry special meatballs
- MEATBALLS:

1 1/2 lbground beef

1 pkg6 oz. stuffing mix

2eggs

1 smonion chopped

1/2 tspsalt

1/4 tsppepper
- SAUCE:
-
1 canwhole berry cranberry sauce

1 jarcilli sauce
-
1/2 tspground ginger (optional)

1 Tbspbrown sugar
How To Make cranberry special meatballs

1Preheat oven 375 df ~ In large bowl combine beef, stuffing mix, eggs and onion, salt and pepper. Shape mix into 1 1/2" balls ~ Place on cookie sheet with rim and bake 15-20 min.

2SAUCE: In medium saucepan combine the Cranberry Sauce, chille sauce, brown sugar and ginger. Heat til mixture come to boil. Stir frequently ~ combine balls and sauce. Keep warm in crockpot.
