Ingredients For crab cakes

1/2 csalad dressing kraft

1egg
-
1 1/4 cwhite bread crumbs

1 tspground mustard
-
dash salt
-
1/4 tspcayenne pepper

16 oz container ofpasturized crabmeat lumped cartliged removed

1/4 cunseasoned breadcrumbs
-
2 Tbspveg oil
How To Make crab cakes

1Inmed bowl, mix salad dressing an egg with wire wisk.Gently stir in remaining ingredients except dry bread and oil so that crabmeat doesnt break apart into small piece. shape mixture into 6 patties, about 3 in in diameter mixture will be moist. coat each patti with the dry bread crumbs

2IN 12-inch non-stick skillet, heat oil over med heat. place patties in skillet fry about 10 min on each side turning over an over cook each pati 4 about 10 min. serve hot
