Ingredients For chorizo stromboli

1 pkgcariqua chorizo
-
1 mdjalapeno pepper
-
1 smgreen bell pepper
-
1/3 conion
-
5 sliceprecooked bacon
-
15 slicepepperoni's

1 jargreen pesto sauce with basil

salt/pepper to taste

1 Tbspoil
-
1/2 csharp cheddar cheese
How To Make chorizo stromboli

1Add oil to a skillet. Preheat oven to 400

2Add the Chorizo to the skillet.

3Add the onion, Jalapeno pepper and bell pepper to the skillet.

4Add salt and pepper to skillet. Cook mixture 10 to 15 minutes.

5Cook the bacon.

6On a lightly sprayed cookie sheet

7Put the Crescent sheet on the sheet pan. Stretch it a little, be careful not to tear.

8Add some pesto over Crescent sheet, about 2 tablespoon fulls.

9Add the Chorizo mixture on top of Pesto.

10Crumble the bacon and place on top of Chorizo.

11Add the sharp cheddar cheese to top.

12Fold up each short end, and then began roll it into a log staring with long side close to you.

13Cut about 4 slits in top of roll.

14Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until brown.
