How To Make chinese take out chicken wings

1Mix the ingredients for batter together. Add the chicken wings and let marinate at room temp for 2 hours or overnight in fridge. If the batter is too runny add more cornstarch or flour. The wings need to be coated with a thin coating.

2Fry the wings in hot oil of 350 degrees in batches of 5 for 5 minutes. Once all the wings have fried. Fry them again for 3 minutes. Serve with Sriracha Mayo
