2 Tbspdry red wine

1 Tbspbrown sugar, packed

1 Tbsphoney

2 tspred food coloring drops

1/4 tspground cinnamon

1 clovegarlic, minced

2 (12 oz) ozwhole pork tenderloin
How To Make chinese barbecued pork

1Preheat Oven To 350 degrees F.

2Combine soy sauce, wine, sugar, honey, food coloring, cinnamon and garlic in a large bowl.

3Add meat to marinade, making sure to coat it well.

4Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour (but overnight is better), turning meat occasionally.

5Place meat on a wire rack over a baking pan along with marinade,

6Roast 45 minutes, turning and basting frequently with marinade.

7Let meat rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
