Ingredients For chinese barbecued pork

  • 1/4 c
    soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp
    dry red wine
  • 1 Tbsp
    brown sugar, packed
  • 1 Tbsp
    honey
  • 2 tsp
    red food coloring drops
  • 1/4 tsp
    ground cinnamon
  • 1 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 2 (12 oz) oz
    whole pork tenderloin

How To Make chinese barbecued pork

    Preheat Oven To 350 degrees F.
  • 2
    Combine soy sauce, wine, sugar, honey, food coloring, cinnamon and garlic in a large bowl.

    Add meat to marinade, making sure to coat it well.

    Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour (but overnight is better), turning meat occasionally.

    Place meat on a wire rack over a baking pan along with marinade,

    Roast 45 minutes, turning and basting frequently with marinade.

    Let meat rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
