Ingredients For cherry monte cristo mini hot pockets

  • 1 pkg
    10 count refrigerator biscuits
  • 1/2 c
    each deli ham and turkey chopped
  • 1 c
    swiss cheese shredded
  • 1/2 c
    cherry jam
  • 1 lg
    egg beaten
  • 1/2 tsp
    ground cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp
    cream

How To Make cherry monte cristo mini hot pockets

    Preheat oven 350 degrees. Grease a baking sheet and set aside. Mix the egg, cream and cinnamon together in a small bowl. set aside.

    In another small bowl mix the ham, turkey and Swiss cheese together. Flatten each round biscuit with the palm of your hand. Spoon some jam over the bottom of each one. Top with abut 2 tsp of the ham, turkey, cheese mix. Fold in half and pinch to seal edges. Brush each one with egg mixture.

    Bake for 10 or 12 minutes until browned
