Ingredients For chafing dish meatballs

  • 2 lb
    ground beef
  • 10
    gingersnaps, crushed
  • 1
    egg, beaten
  • 1
    onion, minced
  • pinch
    salt
  • pinch
    garlic
  • 1 bottle
    chili sauce
  • 1/2 can
    cranberry sauce

How To Make chafing dish meatballs

  • 1
    Mix all the ingredients together. Shape into balls.

    Mix chili sauce and cranberry sauce and lemon juice together and spread in the botton of a pan.

    Drop meatballs in pan. Bake for 1 hour @350.
