THIS IS A NICE, SIMPLE CANTONESE RECIPE. MAKE IT THE DAY BEFORE YOU ARE GOING TO HAVE THEM. YOU WANT THE WINGS TO MARINATE OVERNIGHT SO THEY GET THE FULL FLAVOUR.

Ingredients For cantonese chicken wings

35whole chicken wings

1 csoya sauce
-
1 cwater
-
1 cwhite sugar
-
1/4 cpineapple juice

1 tspginger
-
1 tspgarlic powder

4 Tbspcooking oil
How To Make cantonese chicken wings

1Add all ingredients together (except chicken). Blend mixture well

2Pour sauce over wings in a shallow baking dish. Leave overnight.

3Bake at 325 F for 1 hour.

4Remove wings from sauce and discard sauce.

5Put wing back into oven for 15 minutes to get nice and crispy. Serve
