If you like buffalo chicken, you're going to LOVE this rich, cheesy recipe for Buffalo Chicken Nachos. Rotisserie chicken makes the prep time easier than ever, so all you have to do it whisk together the cheese sauce, and layer everything together. So easy! So delicious! Perfect for game day, after school, and any snack in between! My family absolutely LOVES there nachos. I got the original recipe from Good Cook and changed it to fit my family's tastes.
