Ingredients For buffalo chicken meatballs

  • 2 lb
    ground chicken
  • 1 stick
    butter
  • 1 c
    franks hot sauce
  • 1 c
    crumbled blue cheese
  • 2/3 c
    panko bread crumbs
  • 4 clove
    garlic minced
  • 2 lg
    eggs
  • 1/2 c
    green onions white and dark green parts separated

How To Make buffalo chicken meatballs

  • 1
    Preheat oven 425 degrees. Spray a baking sheet. Mix the butter, Franks hot sauce, and blue cheese together in a saucepan. Whisk until the butter and cheese has melted. Remove from heat and cool .

    Mix half the sauce with the ground chicken, panko, garlic, eggs, and the lighter green parts of the green onions. Shape into balls and bake for about 20 minutes.

    Drizzle the remaining sauce over the meatballs and garnish with the dark green parts of the green onions.
