Braunschweiger is Liver Sausage. I've tried others but Oscar Mayer is the best!

Ingredients For braunschweiger ball

16 ozoscar mayer braunschweiger liver sausage

1/2 cchopped onion

8 ozcream cheese

1/2 cmayonnaise

5 3/4 ozjar of pimento stuffed olives
How To Make braunschweiger ball

1Mix braunschweiger with chopped onion until smooth and well mixed. Put on plate and form into a half ball. Refrigerate about an hour. Mix softened cream cheese and mayonnaise until well combined and spread over ball. Slice olives and press into the cream cheese/mayo. Refrigerate until ready to serve. I serve with Pepperidge Farm Trio Crackers.
