Ingredients For bourbon dogs

  • 1 lb
    hot dogs, cut into bite size pieces
  • 3/4 c
    bourbon
  • 1/2 c
    catsup
  • 1/3 c
    brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp
    grated onion

How To Make bourbon dogs

  • 1
    In saucepan combine bourbon, catsup, brown sugar and onion. Simmer uncovered for 40 minutes to one hour until thick. Meanwhile braise hot dog pieces in frying pan until lightly browned. Add to sauce, Serve in chafing dish.
