Ingredients For blt biscuits

  • 1 can refrigerator biscuits, 10 count
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 8 slices bacon, crisp cooked and crumbled
  • 1/4 cup coarsely chopped basil leaves
  • 1/4 t. kosher salt
  • 1/4 t. freshly ground pepper
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced

How To Make blt biscuits

  • 1
    • Flatten each biscuit into a 4 inch circle and put on baking sheet. Bake at 400 for 6 minutes.
  • 2
    Mix the mayonnaise, bacon, basil, kosher salt and pepper in a bowl. Mix well. Spread over biscuits. Top each with a tomato slice and bake for 6 minutes longer. Serve at once. Serves 10
