My brother Mark sent me this recipe along time ago from Montana. It takes awhile but it turned out pretty good.

Ingredients For beef stick

5 lbhamburger or any ground meeat you choose

2 1/2 tspcoarse ground pepper

5 tspquick cure salt

2 tspgarlic powder

3 tsphickory smoked salt
How To Make beef stick

1mix all ingredients and add to hamburger

2place in a covered dish in the refrigerator for 4 days. remix on the 2nd and 3rd day. 4th day form into 5 1pound loaves.

3place on a cookie sheet and cover with foil.

4bake at 200 degrees for 8 hours. turning every 2 hours
