Ingredients For beef stick

  • 5 lb
    venison or ground beef
  • 3 Tbsp
    mortons tenderquick salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp
    liquid smoke flavoring
  • 1/2 tsp
    onion powder

How To Make beef stick

  • 1
    Mix all ingredients together and form into four stick or logs and place in refrigerator uncovered for 24 hours.

    Bake on rack over a sheet cake pan so grease can drip. Bake at 300º for 60 minutes.
