Ingredients For beef stick

5 lbvenison or ground beef

3 Tbspmortons tenderquick salt

1/4 tspgarlic powder

1 Tbspliquid smoke flavoring

1/2 tsponion powder
How To Make beef stick

1Mix all ingredients together and form into four stick or logs and place in refrigerator uncovered for 24 hours.

2Bake on rack over a sheet cake pan so grease can drip. Bake at 300º for 60 minutes.
