Ingredients For beef cheese ball

  • 32 oz
    cream cheese, softened
  • 1 pkg
    buddig beef lunch meat, diced
  • 1 bunch
    green onions, chopped
  • 4
    strips bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
  • 1 c
    pecans, finely chopped

How To Make beef cheese ball

  • 1
    Combine all ingredients except pecans and roll into two balls.
  • 2
    Roll the balls in the pecans.
  • 3
    Chill at least 12 hours before serving. Take out at least 45 minutes before serving with crackers.
