Ingredients For baking powder meatballs

  • 4 slice
    bread crusts removed
  • 1/2 c
    milk
  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1
    egg beaten
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 sm
    onion small dice
  • 4 clove
    garlic minced
  • 2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1 can
    cream of mushroom soup small can
  • 1
    soup can of milk
  • fresh dill for garnish

How To Make baking powder meatballs

  • 1
    mix the bread and 1/2 cup milk together. Add the ground beef, egg, onion, garlic, baking powder, salt and pepper. Shape into balls. Brown in a small amount of fat.

    Place the meatballs in a casserole dish. Mix the soup with the milk and pour overtop. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

    Garnish with dill
