1 pkgmeat loaf seasoning (set 2 tablespoons aside in a small bowl

1/2 cplain bread crumbs

1/3 conion, diced

1/3 cgreen bell pepper, diced

1 cantomato paste ( 1 tablespoon set aside)

salt and pepper to taste

8 slices of uncooked bacon, cut in half. smaller meat balls bacon can be cut to fit

tooth picks if desire
- DIPPING SAUCE

8 ozsour cream

2 Tbspmeat loaf seasoning

1 Tbsptomato paste

salt and pepper to taste
How To Make bacon wrapped meat loaf balls with dipping sauce

1Preheat ove to 400. Place beef in a medium bowl.

2Add the meat loaf seasoning,bread crumbs, onion, and green peppper. Mix together with hands.

3Add the tomato paste, salt and pepper, and combine with hands.

4Roll meat mixture into 16 balls for a meal, smaller balls for a party.

5Wrap bacon around meal loaf balls and place on a cookie sheet folded side down.

6Bake for 35 minutes or until meat loaf balls are no longer pink and bacon is crispy.

7For dipping sauce: In a small bowl combine the sour cream,2 tablespoons meat loaf seasoning mix and the 1 tablespoon of tomato paste, and the salt and pepper to taste. Chill until read to serve.
