A favorite of my mother's for the tailgating crowd; can be kept warm in crockpot. They can also be frozen and just reheated when needed.

2 canwhole water chestnuts

1 1/2 lbbacon, uncooked

7 ozketchup

6 Tbspbrown sugar

2 smjars strained baby peaches
How To Make bacon wrapped chestnuts with peach sauce

1Cut bacon strips in half and wrap each piece around a chestnut and secure with toothpick. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes; bacon will start to crisp. Pour off grease.

2Mix Ketchup, sugar and peaches for sauce. Pour sauce over the bacon/chestnuts and bake another 30 minutes.
