This recipe was given to me by a hospital volunteer/co-worker. It is similar to my posted Bow-ties recipe yet prepared a bit differently. He used to bring these to our annual Christmas party and they are so good. I was always impressed because he baked them himself.

Ingredients For bacon crisps

1/2 cfreshly grated parmesan cheese

1 pkg(sleeve) buttery rectangular crackers (club)

1 lbsliced bacon cut in half
How To Make bacon crisps

1Preheat oven to 250 degrees.

2Place one teaspoon of cheese on each cracker.

3Wrap tightly with strip of bacon.

4Place wrapped crackers on a broiler rack on a baking sheet and put in oven.

5Bake two hours or until bacon is done. Do Not Turn. Drain on paper towels. Serve hot or at room temperature.
