    round dinner rolls
  • 6 oz
    tomato sauce, your favorite
  • 12 sm
    mini meatballs, homemade, if possible
  • 12 slice
    provolone cheese

    Gather your ingredients.

    Chef's Tip: Warm the tomato sauce and meatballs in a small saucepan over medium-low heat.

    Cut a round whole in the center of the dinner rolls, slightly bigger than the meatball, but don’t cut all the way through.

    Place a bit of provolone in the bottom.

    Fill about halfway up with tomato sauce. Place a meatball in the hole, and allow the sauce to overflow onto the bun. Yummy.

    Top with a piece of provolone cheese.

    Place under the broiler, until the cheese is nice and bubbly, about 2 minutes.
