How To Make asian quinoa meatballs

1Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly oil a 9x13 baking dish. Combine first nine ingredients together using a wooden spoon. Roll the mixture into 1-1.5 inch meatballs. Place meatballs onto prepared dish and bake for 20-22 minutes, or until all sides are browned and meatballs are cooked through.

2To make the sauce: whisk together the remaining 7 ingredients with 1/2 cup water in a small saucepan over med high heat.

3In a small bowl, whisk together cornstarch and 1 Tablespoon water. Stir into soy sauce mixture until thickened, about 2 minutes. Serve immediately with sauce, garnished with green onion and sesame seeds.
