Ingredients For apple kielbasa

  • 3 lb
    kielbasa, fully cooked, cut into 1/4 inch slices
  • 1/2 c
    apple cider (or apple juice)
  • 1/2 c
    apple jelly
  • 4 Tbsp
    maple syrup

How To Make apple kielbasa

  • 1
    In a large skillet, bring sausage and apple juice to a boil. Cover and cook for 5 minutes. Uncover and cook 5 more minutes. Drain cider.
  • 2
    Return sausage to skillet. Add jelly and syrup. Cook and stir on med/low heat until jelly is melted and sausages are covered.
