Ingredients For appetizer meatballs

  • 2 lb
    ground beef
  • 1/2 c
    uncooked (quick or old fashion) quaker oats
  • 1/3 c
    chopped onion
  • 1/4 c
    catsup
  • 2 Tbsp
    dried parsley flakes
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    thyme
  • 1/4 tsp
    garlic salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1
    egg beaten

How To Make appetizer meatballs

  • 1
    Combine above ingredients. Form into bite sized meatballs. Brown in oil - drain. (or brown in 350* oven/ line pan with foil and spray.)

    Sauce 1- 15oz can tomato sauce 1 Tablespoon soy sauce 1 Tablespoon yellow mustard 1 Tablespoon horseradish Combine sauce ingredients - Pour over browned meatballs. Cover and simmer 30 minutes. (I always double the sauce recipe)
