Ingredients For antipasto garlic squares

  • 1 pkg
    plain crescent rolls
  • 1 pkg
    garlic crescent rolls
  • 1/2 lb
    sliced pepperoni
  • 1/2 lb
    genoa salami
  • 1/2 lb
    ham
  • 1/2 lb
    swiss cheese
  • 1/2 lb
    provolone cheese
  • 3
    eggs slightly beaten
  • 3 Tbsp
    parmesan grated cheese
  • 12 oz
    roasted red peppers chopped in small pieces (optional)

How To Make antipasto garlic squares

  • 1
    Cover the bottom of a 13 X 9 inch pan with the one Plain crescent roll. Layer the Ham, Provolone, Salami, then add the cut up pieces of Roasted Red Peppers and then finish by layering the Swiss and Pepperoni. Cover with 3/4 of the egg mixture. Top with the Garlic crescent roll. Brush on the remaining egg mixture. Sprinkle the Grated Parmesan Cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes covered. Then bake 10 minutes longer uncovered.
